About the ClientOur client is a modern fintech company providing advanced infrastructure and compliance tools for payment businesses. They focus on streamlining integrations, ensuring operational transparency, and maintaining full compliance within a modern technical stack.Role OverviewAs a Senior Technical Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation. Acting as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and technical specialists, you will ensure smooth integrations, provide technical support, and manage successful migrations to new solutions. This cross-functional role requires deep technical fluency and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Architecture Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the platform’s architecture, including APIs, gateways, and integration logic.
  • Documentation Analysis: Simplify complex technical documentation for non-technical team members.
  • Migration Oversight: Manage full-cycle migration processes from requirement gathering to testing and implementation.
  • Advanced Technical Support: Assist partners and clients with complex technical issues beyond standard support capabilities.
  • Integration Assistance: Support merchants with integration, error resolution, diagnostics, and end-to-end testing.
  • Product Launch Participation: Define technical requirements and validate against documentation for new products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Bridging: Act as the technical bridge between product, development, and business teams.
Requirements
  • API Expertise: Strong understanding of API design and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth, etc.).
  • Documentation Skills: Proven experience with technical documentation and the ability to interpret complex manuals.
  • Testing Tools Experience: Hands-on experience with integration testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia, curl).
  • Technical Analysis: Ability to analyze logs, error reports, and trace data to resolve technical failures.
  • Payment Knowledge: Familiarity with payment gateways, acquiring, billing, and transaction processing is a plus.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with developers, engineers, and integration teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
