KYC & Due Diligence: Verify customer identities, conduct risk assessments, and perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk cases.
Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Detection: Analyze transactions to identify suspicious activity and take appropriate preventive actions.
Chargeback & Dispute Handling: Investigate chargeback claims, provide supporting evidence, and mitigate future disputes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML, CTF, and other regulatory requirements while staying updated on industry changes.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on KYC, fraud trends, and chargeback activities while maintaining accurate customer records.
Internal & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, financial institutions, and partners to process KYC, fraud, and chargeback requests.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance verification processes, fraud detection strategies, and compliance workflows.
Requirements
Higher education (preferably financial/economic).
Great communication skills.
English from A2 level.
