  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Telegram, Max, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each channel.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to adjust strategy.
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and optimize campaigns for growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Creativity and ability to produce engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
