- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including C-level positions.
- Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain high quality standards — quality over quantity.
- Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.
- At least 2+ years in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in closing complex roles.
- Strong understanding of technical positions, including C-level and niche specializations.
- Readiness to work within our KPI system, where the fixed salary is tied to the number of management-approved, relevant candidates (approx. 25–30 per month).
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.
- Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.
- Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
- Transparent KPI system: Fixed pay is proportional to KPI performance (approx. 25–30 relevant candidates per month, approved by management and submitted to clients).
